Abstract
The present invention relates to personal care compositions comprising a water insoluble substrate, a plurality of active proteins, and a binding means, comprising a polymeric tether, permanently attaching each of the enzymes to the substrate wherein the personal care composition comprises from about 0.01 &mgr;g/cm to about 1000 &mgr;g/cm of the enzyme on the substrate.
