Abstract
A keyswitch includes a keyboard base , a guide support member disposed on the keyboard base , a flexible circuit board disposed on both sides of the guide support member on the keyboard base , an elongated key top , and a pressing member for pressing the flexible circuit board toward the keyboard base . The pressing member is disposed on both sides of the guide support member directly beneath the elongated key top near lengthwise ends of the elongated key top . When the elongated key top is pressed down the guide support member and the pressing member are housed within the elongated key top
