Abstract

The invention provides novel paclitaxel derivatives obtained by effecting modifications at C , C and/or C positions of paclitaxel, said derivatives being useful in inhibiting the growth of cancer of lung, breast, ovary, cervix or leukemia, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising such derivatives.
