Abstract

According to the invention, there is provided an inbred corn plant, designated MBZA. This invention thus relates to the plants and seeds of inbred corn plant MBZA and to methods for producing a corn plant produced by crossing the inbred plant MBZA with itself or with another corn plant. This invention further relates to hybrid corn seeds and plants produced by crossing the inbred plant MBZA with another corn plant and to crosses with related species. This invention further relates to the inbred and hybrid genetic complements of inbred corn plant MBZA, and also relates to the RFLP and genetic isozyme typing profiles of inbred corn plant MBZA.
