Abstract
The present invention relates to a use of at least one protein fraction extracted from seeds and to a cosmetic composition containing such a fraction. Use of at least one soluble protein fraction extracted from seeds or okra as a substitute for casein in a cosmetic composition or product, the composition containing between 0.01% and 50.00% of the fraction.
