Abstract

The present invention relates to a lattice gate for directing streams of rubber into an injection molding device through a plurality of intersecting channels ( ) which thermally mix the streams of rubber within the gate ( ) as they pass through the intersections of the flow channels permitting the injection time of the rubber into the mold cavity to be decreased while simultaneously reducing the time for curing the rubber within the mold.
