Abstract
A method and apparatus provides for a subscriber device ( ) to signal changing from a first network to a second network including receiving via a transceiver ( ) at the subscriber device ( ) a time value from another network and generating from a clock ( ) at the subscriber device ( ) a current time value and then using a controller ( ) deriving a delta time value between the time value and the current time value. The controller ( ) signals the user when the delta time value between the time value and the current time value changes.
