Abstract

The invention relates to an injection valve ( ) for the fuel injection in a internal combustion engine, in particular in a diesel engine. The injection valve ( ) has a holder body ( ) in which a first passage ( ) is formed. At the holder body ( ) a nozzle body ( ) of an injection nozzle ( ) is secured in which a second passage ( ) is formed which is connected to the first passage ( ) and which together with the latter forms a fuel infeed line for the injection nozzle ( ). Moreover, a closure mechanism ( ) is provided for the closing off of the injection nozzle ( ).
