Abstract
The invention relates to a flue gas pipe ( ) of an incineration plant, comprising a reaction zone ( ) for breaking down harmful substances and a heat exchanger ( ) for cooling the flue gas (R) which is mounted downstream and fitted with a dioxin catalytic converter ( ). The dioxin catalytic converter ( ) in the heat exchanger ( ) makes it possible to prevent the renewed formation of dioxins by de novo synthesis when the temperature drops.
