Abstract
mASP-2 polypeptides and polynucleotides and methods for producing such polypeptides by recombinant techniques are disclosed. Also disclosed are methods for screening for compounds that either agonize or antagonize mASP-2. Such compounds are expected to be useful in treatment of human diseases, including, but not limited to: Alzheimer's disease, cancer and prohormone processing.
