Abstract
In order to transfer aseptic products between two enclosures ( ), use is made of a sterile container ( ) having a filling interface ( ) and an emptying interface ( ). The filling and emptying of the container ( ) take place by connecting the corresponding interface ( ) and enclosure ( ), sterilizing the volume trapped between the seal ( ) and the door ( ) of the enclosure ( ), opening said door and also the seal and putting into place the corresponding flexible hose ( ). After filling the container ( ), the closure system ( ) of the filling interface ( ) is closed again.
