Abstract
A drive signal COM or COM generated by a drive signal generator includes: a drive pulse DP or DP whose bias level is adjusted to a middle voltage Vm; a drive pulse DP whose bias level is adjusted to a ground voltage GND; a ready signal DP which includes a first correction element P for dropping the voltage from the middle voltage Vm to the ground voltage GND; and a recovery signal DP which includes a second correction element P for raising the voltage from the ground voltage GND to the middle voltage Vm.
