Abstract
A wiring board provided with a line , a shield pattern formed in parallel with the line , a conductor layer formed so as to face the line and the shield pattern through an insulating layer , a conductor layer formed so as to face the line and the shield pattern through an insulating layer , and conductive pillars for connecting the conductor layer to the conductor layer . The conductive pillars are connected to each other through the shield pattern . In the above structure, by supplying the ground potential to the shield pattern , conductor layers , and conductive pillars , an electromagnetic field is blocked in the direction where the line extends over 360° about the line
