Abstract
A note holding and dispensing device is provided which comprises a frame ; a cassette removably positioned in a cavity of the frame ; a transfer device which comprises an extraction drive means and a conveyer means provided in the frame ; and an electronic controller for controlling operation of the extraction drive means and conveyer means . The cassette has a chamber for receiving a plurality of notes and an extracting device for discharging the notes from the chamber . The extraction drive means operates the extracting device in the cassette to fetch the notes from the cassette . The conveyer means transports the notes received from the cassette to an outlet through a passageway
