Abstract

A bandgap reference circuit has a pre-regulator that achieves a low temperature coefficient through the use of a V multiplier and feedback from the output bandgap voltage V . This low temperature coefficient in the pre-regulator allows the bandgap reference circuit to output the bandgap voltage V with a low temperature coefficient.
