A sleeve is made from a composition of polyamnide resin and denatured, high-density polyethylene, wherein the polyethylene is denatured with unsaturated dicenboxylic acid or unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride or both to have a molecular weight of 50,000 to 400,000 in average.
