An incoming beam aperture is positioned adjacent a first surface of the first prism , the first surface extending away from the upper surface of the substrate . The second prism is disposed adjacent to the upper surface of the substrate and is spaced from the first prism by a first distance. The third prism is also disposed adjacent to the upper surface of the substrate . The third prism may be spaced from the second prism by the same first distance. An outgoing beam aperture is positioned adjacent a first surface of the third prism . The substrate has phase changing reflective surfaces and along the upper surface between the first prism and the second prism and between the second prism and the third prism
