Abstract

A method for the effective delivery of viral vector gene therapy pharmaceuticals in a recirculating, oxygenated perfusate solution, to a target tissue comprising contacting the target tissues with a viral vector gene therapy pharmaceutical in a recirculating, oxygenated perfusate solution, where said solution is held about 37° C., such that there is effective delivery of the viral vector gene therapy pharmaceutical.
