Abstract

An ink-jet recording head ( ) comprises a first head portion ( ) and a second head portion ( ). The head portion has a plate ( ) which includes an ink cavity ( ) for receiving a ink material and a nozzle ( ) fluidly communicated with ink cavity for ejecting the ink material. A piezoelectric actuator ( ) which deforms to pressurize the ink material to eject the same through the nozzle when a voltage is applied to he piezoelectric actuator. In addition, both sizes of the ink cavity and associated piezoelectric actuator in the first head portion are different from those in the second head portion.
