Abstract
The surface-mount connector includes a fixing metal member ( ) for attaching a connector body to a board. The fixing metal member has a securing section ( ) to be attached to the connector body and an attaching section ( ) to be attached to the board. The connector body is provided with an engaging section ( A) with which the securing section is engaged such that the fixing metal member rotates about the engaging section when the connector body moves relative to the board.
