Abstract

The invention relates to a piston pump with a piston (,) that is guided so that it can move axially in a pump bore (,) of a pump housing (,). In order to simplify the manufacture of the piston (,), the invention proposes providing the piston (,) with a support ring (,), which is connected to a guide ring (,). By connecting the support ring (,) and guide ring (,), the structural length of the piston pump (,) can be shortened.
