Abstract
A variable capacity swash plate type compressor,incorporates a pressure relief valve,in fluid communication with a suction chamber,and a crank chamber,. The pressure relief valve,prevents over pressurization in the crank chamber,to minimize friction and forces acting on the components of the compressor
