A force transmission and amplification device for a brake system comprising a pedal (,) and an output rod (,) for transmitting by way of the output rod (,) an output force (F,) having a higher intensity than an input force (F,) applied to pedal (,). An input rod (,) is secured to the pedal (,) for supplying a primary piston (,) located in a first diameter (D,) of primary cylinder (,) to delimit a primary chamber (,) retaining a fluid.
