Abstract

The invention relates to a process and a device for the manufacturing of a glued block made of triangular cross-sectioned elongated staves of wood. The staves of wood are laid beside each other with alternate staves with their base sides downwards and alternate ones with their base sides upwards, and adhesive applied between adjoining surfaces between the staves. A press (,) applies main pressure force to glue the staves firmly together is transverse to the base sides of the staves.
