A seat or bed partly includes frames,and net-shaped skins,held by the frames,under tension, respectively. Each of the net-shaped skins,is made of an upper mesh layer,, a lower mesh layer,, and a pile layer having a large number of piles,that connect the upper and lower mesh layers,to each other.
