Abstract
The invention concerns a filter for liquid circulating in an engine unit or in hydraulic equipment including a tank (,) cooperating with a closure element (,) with a filtering cartridge (,) inserted in the tank (,) and adjusted therein by threadedly engaging the closure element (,) with the tank (,). The cartridge (,) includes a filtering material (,) having at one of its ends a first flange (,) and at the other of its ends a second flange (,) that includes a peripheral seal (,) designed to be sealingly clamped between an end of the tank and the closure element (,) when the tank (,) is threadedly with the closure element (,).
