Abstract
An LSI package structure having a smaller size in which the wiring length is shortened. The wiring structure for connecting the LSI,with the wiring board, comprises first connecting terminals, arrayed on the LSI,and second connecting terminals, arrayed on the wiring board,. The first connecting terminals, are arrayed on the outer periphery,of the facing surface, which faces the wiring board, and the second connecting terminals, are arrayed on the interfacing surface, which intersects with the outer periphery,. In such a structure, the wiring board,is similar to the LSI,in size. The facing surface, actually intersects with the intersecting face, for forming a intersecting line,. The facing surface, substantially intersects with the intersecting face, along the intersecting line,Such a structure makes the size of the wiring board, smaller than that of the LSI
