Abstract
A partially added cyclic organohydrogensiloxane is prepared in high yields by mixing (A) a cyclic organo-hydrogensiloxane having at least two Si—H bonds with (B) a cyclic or acyclic organic unsaturated compound having an aliphatic unsaturated double bond, effecting addition reaction in the presence of a platinum catalyst, adding a silylating agent to the reaction mixture, and isolating the product from the reaction mixture by distillation.
