Abstract
A modular crowd control munition, fires a large number of non-lethal soft pellets into a crowd, using an explosive charge. The munition, contains a pellet matrix, that houses the soft pellets,, and uses a low energy explosive sheet material,at the back of the munition,to disperse the soft pellets,. The munition,is used for close-in, “last resort”, crowd control to replace the necessity of using deadly force.
