Abstract
A plastic covering,of an electric wire,is removed, exposing a core wire,, this core wire, being attached to core wire receiving members,of a lamp body,. Attaching a bulb socket,to the lamp body, causes the core wire to be resiliently held between contact members,D of the bulb socket, and the core wire receiving members,, thereby connecting the bulb socket, and the electric wire,. The core wire, makes direct contact with the contact members,D, and therefore connecting terminals are not required between the bulb socket, and the electric wire,, the number of components is thus decreased.
