In a discharge pulsation damping apparatus of a compressor according to this invention, an expansion muffler,and a resonance muffler,each having a predetermined capacity are defined inside cylinder blocks,and,through partitions,and,so that the resonance muffler,is situated at a position higher than the expansion muffler,in a gravitational direction (vertical direction).
