Abstract
The present invention relates to a process for producing a four sided seal sachet (,) filled with a pre-set volume of flowable material, the sachet being made from a flexible film comprising a metallocene catalysed resin, the sachet having a length L (,) between transverse seals (,) and a width W (,) between longitudinal seals (,), whereby the pre-set volume of flowable material is of more than 0.525×W,×L/&pgr;, so that leak-free seals are provided.
