A permanent spike dynamic outsole (,) having a plurality of traction sections (,) which have a plurality of dynamic traction elements (,) on their respective leading and trailing edges, under which are located debris channels (,) which act as a retraction areas for the dynamic elements (,) to go when walking on firm surfaces, thus reducing damage to greens and abrasion from pavement.
