Abstract

A lid (,) with which an opening (,) in a lens hood (,) is made open or closed is rotatably supported by a hinge pin (,) that is supported at both ends on pin support portions (,) of the lens hood (,) and which is passed through pin insertion holes (,). When the lid (,) closes the opening (,), retainer lugs (,) of the lid (,) retain stoppers (,) of the lens hood (,) to keep the opening (,) closed. If the stoppers (,) are removed from the constraint by the retainer lugs (,) and the lid (,) is turned about the hinge pin (,) under the urging force exerted by the spring (,), the lid (,) is brought to a state where it makes the opening,open.
