Abstract
The communication device is provided with a confidential data input/output control unit for permitting in S,operations of either a confidential data input unit or a confidential data output unit based on predetermined operations performed by the user (“yes” in S,) or predetermined data inputted via the communication circuit (“yes” in S,) even when the communication circuit is connected in S,based on the user's execution of another predetermined operation (“yes” in S,) in response to calling signals inputted via the communication circuit. Hence, even when the user answers the telephone in response to the telephone ring, the caller can still access a message box without having to first hang up and redial.
