Abstract
The invention provides Ferrichrome transport ATP-Binding Protein polypeptides and DNA (RNA) encoding Ferrichrome transport ATP-Binding Protein polypeptides and methods for producing such polypeptides by recombinant techniques. Also provided are methods for utilizing Ferrichrome transport ATP-Binding Protein polypeptides to screen for antibacterial compounds.
