Abstract
The purpose of the invention is a device for closing a tank (,) containing a corrosive product closed by at least two successive lids (,) whose two longitudinal sides (,) engage, upon closing, into two corresponding gutters (,) of the tank (,) which are filled with water in order to constitute a tight seal, so-called 'water seal'. According to the invention, at least one additional medial, also U-section, transversal gutter (,) is interposed between both longitudinal gutters (,) of the tank (,) at a sealing plane (P) between two successive lids (,) whose opposite transversal sides (,) engage into the said transversal gutter (,) in order to form a water seal on at least three sides of each lid.
