Abstract

In the winding condition of a fishline, the operating member (,) is pivoted clockwise and the one end portion of the urging member (,) is mated with the end of the clockwise direction within the moving guide portion (,). In the playing-out condition of the fishline, the operating member (,) is pivoted counterclockwise and the one end portion (,) of the operating member (,) is displaced to and mated with the end of the counterclockwise direction within the moving guide portion (,).
