Abstract

A boot for a gliding sport, consisting of a bootie with a soft upper (,) and of an intermediate rigid sole (,) itself at least partially covered by a flexible walking sole (,), and provided with a transverse metal bar (,) for connection to a binding. The boot further has bearing surfaces on either side of the bar. At least in the foot sole region, the bearing surface is a projection (,) of the intermediate rigid sole.
