Depending on the piezoelectric constant d33, X1-X2 direction components of the electric fields causes the piezoelectric plate member,to expand efficiently, as indicated by numerals,-,-,. An expanding action of the piezoelectric plate member,causes a bimorph element,to bulge into a dome configuration.
