Abstract
A clutch disk assembly,includes an output rotary member,an input rotary member,a first spring,a second spring,and a friction generating mechanism,The first spring,circumferentially and elastically couples the output and input rotary members,and,together, and is compressed in a first stage in which a torsion angle between them does not exceed a first torsion angle,The second spring,is compressed in a second stage in which the torsion angle between the output and input rotary members,and,exceeds the first torsion angle,and provides a rigidity in the second stage higher than a rigidity in the first stage. The friction generating mechanism,circumferentially and frictionally engages the input and output rotary members,and,with each other, and can generate slide in the first and second stages. The friction suppressing means (,and,) keeps the friction generating mechanism,from generating slide in response to the torsional vibrations not exceeding the predetermined torque in the first and second stages.
