Abstract

Structured abrasive articles having an abrasive coating including a binder which comprises the reaction product of a binder precursor and a reactive siloxane polymer are described as well as methods of making same. The reactive siloxane polymers have at least one functional group which is capable of reacting with the binder precursor.
