Two of the sections of metal sheet are formed into a pan-like configurations to define the top (,) and the base (,). Four of the sections of meal sheet are formed to define the four corner posts (,), each having a long side (,) and a short side (,) which are perpendicular. The longer sides (,) of the corner posts (,) are aligned parallel to a depth of the cabinet (,). Lengths of the four corner posts (,) extend for the height of the cabinet (,), with end portions (,) of the corner posts (,) overlapping and fitting flush against the outer sides (,) of respective ones of the corners (,) of the top (,) and base (,). The top (,) and the base (,) have corner openings defined by apertures (,) and by slots (,) which extend through the sidewalls(,) adjacent to end portions (,) of the corner posts (,) which overlap the top (,) and the base (,). The openings defined by the apertures (,) are plug welded to the corner post (,). Edges (,) of the corner posts (,) and edges (,) of the top (,) and base (,), which are interior of the cabinet (,), are fillet welded together. Four mounting rails (,) are aligned in parallel and welded to respective ones of the top (,) and base (,), two of the rails (,) mounted to the top (,) and two of the rails (,) mounted to the base (,). Two foot plates (,) are mounted to the underside of the base (,), spaced apart and perpendicular to lengths of the two mounting rails (,) mounted to the topside of the base (,).
