The subassembly includes a T-shaped structural unit, on which a large number of functional components of the cockpit can be mounted formed from an air guide duct having a shell-like duct component and the housing. The shell-like duct component can be covered to form the air guide duct. The present invention further relates to a method of producing the subassembly.
