Abstract
A laser apparatus for oscillating laser beams has a resonator,in which an output mirror,and a reflection mirror,(,) are disposed opposite to each other on both sides of a laser tube,. The reflection mirror,is rotated about a first axis and a second axis intersecting the first axis at a predetermined angle, respectively. A control section measures output values of laser beams corresponding to three angles during the rotation of the mirror,to determine a rotating range. Then, the optimum angles of the mirror,with respect to the respective first and second axis directions are determined by causing the mirror,to sequentially rotate in the determined rotating range.
