Abstract

A multicellular in vitro assay for modeling the combined stages of angiogenesis namely the proliferation, migration and differentiation stages of cell development, wherein the assay comprises providing a dual culture of endothelial cells together with another cell-type exhibiting interaction therewith to display the combined stages of angiogenesis in vitro.
