Abstract
A compound comprising a polyfluorinated anion of the formula [M,(XC(CF,(R,),)(CF,(R,),)R,),(R,),],and the use thereof is provided. Specifically, the present invention provides a compound comprising a anion which comprises a polyfluorinated alkoxide coordinated to a transition metal, or a Group III, IV or V element.
