Abstract
A biodegradable cellulose acetate foam with a foam cell size of 0.001-0.8 mm and an apparent density of 0.01-0.27 g/cm,, and a biodegradable cellulose acetate foam wherein the foam is treated with a weak alkali solution, and has an acetylation degree of 45-60% and no acetic acid odor.
