Abstract
From such a state that the steady running of a kneading extruder is temporarily stopped in the heating state where it is supplied with resin material, the operation of a cutter device (,) is stopped, the heating quantity of a die (,) is reduced, and an external surface (,) of the die is covered with cooling water, the heating quantity of the die (,) is increased so that softened resin material filling the inside of the nozzles (,) is melted, and the cutter device (,) as well as the kneading extruder are started to be driven at the same time.
