Abstract
The invention relates to a method and apparatus for cleaning the filter surface (,) of a filter medium in a suction drier. According to the invention, in order to mark the surface to be cleaned, in contact with the surface to be cleaned there is set a sealing surface (,) that forms an essentially closed space for the surface to be cleaned, and that into said closed space, there is conducted cleaning liquid (,) in order to carry out the cleaning.
